Applicant responsibility
You are responsible for the authenticity of every document you upload. Any forgery or tampering with certificates or transcripts exposes your application to immediate rejection.
Attestation and translation
Most awarding bodies require certificates to be attested and officially translated. We guide you to the required authorities, but attestation remains your responsibility.
Office procedure
If we determine that a document is not genuine, we stop work on the file immediately and notify you in writing. Fees are not refunded in this case.
Keep your originals
Always keep the original copies of your documents, as the awarding body may request them at interview or enrolment.
